DELIVERY POLICY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Sesey S.L. has made an effort to show the colours of the products in the closest possible way to reality. However, the colour of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the type of monitor on your computer, so we cannot guarantee that the colours that appear are 100% true to reality.
It will be understood that you have known the right of withdrawal from the acceptance of the General Conditions and execution of the order.
After the client receives the order, has fourteen (14) working days, counting from the date of reception, to exchange or return the products.
In order to make a return or exchange, it is indispensable to return the product and the packaging in perfect conditions. We do not accept modifications or alterations in the original packaging caused by seals, stickers, etc. To do this you must use additional packaging like the one you received with the order. Sesey S.L will not accept under any circumstances returns of products damaged by the customer or used.
The delivery of the products purchased at www.sergioserrano.com will be made through an external transport company. In the majority of cases it will be delivered within a period between 24 and 48 hours. They do not count for such purposes on weekends or holidays.
The cost of the transport for the shipment of the product is included in the price of the product in national or Balearic Islands deliveries. For other destination, in specific cases and conditions or concrete promotions, Sesey S.L. reserves the right to change the conditions and amounts of shipments.
It is indispensable that the postal data are correctly indicated for a successfully arrive of the order at the destination, both billing and shipping, especially the following sections: STREET, NUMBER, FLOOR, DOOR, POSTAL CODE AND PHONE NUMBER. It is very important that this information is accurate since it is the only way for your order to reach its destination.
Sesey S.L is not responsible for the wrong addresses or misplaced (both billing and shipping). Sesey S.L will not assume any amount derived or generated by wrong addresses or misplaced (both billing and shipping). If there is any kind of mistake in the data provided by the client, it is the duty of the same to assume the expenses that are generated or derived from the mistake. In the cases that the client refuses to pay the amount, Sesey S.L will refund the amount of the order, except shipping costs. In these cases the client will assume the expenses and shipping costs.

Exchanges and Returns Procedure
After receiving the order, the client will has fourteen (14) working days, counting from the date of reception, to exchange or return the products.
In case of return, the client must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating in the subject “return” and number of order. Indicating also the address of collection, in case this one has changed (must take into account that the order must be prepared for collection).The returninvolves an administrative fee of€7 for Peninsula and Balearic Islands that will be deducted from the amount to be paid, for other areas, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
To make a return we advise you to return the products in the original packaging, if you do not have it you can use any suitable packaging in which you can enter the boxes of the products to return, indicating in a visible section the original order number. Thank you.
It is very important that you return the exchange or return products in perfect conditions and in their original packaging. There will be no refund of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the products and verify that all the above conditions are met, the Seller will accept the return of the product and proceed to the payment of the amount in the same way in which the purchase was made. After examining the product we will inform you by email, within a reasonable time, if you have the right to the refund of the amounts paid.
You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 20 days from the reception of the exchange or return product. Keep in mind that your bank may not show you the amount of the refund on your balance until the following month. The refund will be made in the same method of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
In case you want to exchange a product by other size or colour, you will have to make a return following the steps mentioned in the return policy and then to make a new purchase.
