The products purchased during the days of the Christmas season extend their valid term of return until January 15, 2019.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
STEPS TO MAKE A REFUND:
1. Send us the return request, indicating in the subject “return” and the order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org we will proceed to authorize the return.
2. We will contact you to send the carrier when and where you indicate.
3. You must send the product as you received it. In its original box and with additional packaging.
4. After receiving and checking the product, the amount will be refunded in the same form of payment the purchase was made. The refund involvesan administrative fee expense of € 7 for Peninsula that will be deducted from the amount to be paid. (For other areas, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com)
